One of the few champion's that are more rare to see than diamonds in a coal mine. Despite his rarity, his win rate is almost an even 50. Honestly everytime i fight him i lose to him and when on my team he's a monster, just goes to show that when you see one, you know that they probably have an ideal knowledge how he works. But that's just my experience with or against him.

I don't think it is about skill with Rumble, mainly just knowing the matchup where he kicks ass. If you pick him into the wrong champion, you'll just lose most of the time.

I think he is pretty much RIP at the moment because you can destroy him so easily with champions like Camille Irelia
