League isnt Doing it for me anymore

I've been playing league since around the jinx patch. The game was something new to me , and i loved it alot. Every patch was something new and different. And that was great.

Now i have always been a casual player. I never took anything too seriously. I always had fun playing any mode.

But now , Playing league feels like a Chore. Repetitive and boring.

Every game , Its the same bland comps filled with op champions. No-one tries to have fun anymore.

Even when you try to find something to have fun on here with , You get shouted at by teammates.

And when you dont get shouted at , You'll have someone that decides to troll on your team.

You report them , hell....even 9x report them , and they get a 3 day ban or something? The price of ruining the game for tons of other people is a 3 day ban. Then its right back to it. Sometimes they don't even get banned.

Riot nerfs the champions with high skill caps/Dont need nerfs... Yet buffs champion's that are already pretty strong.

This isn't a Crying thread or anything , Its just my honest thoughts. And i know plenty of other people feel like this also.

The only reason i'm even still on here is because its a game most of my friends play. If they didn't play it , I wouldn't either.

So im probably going to play league very moderately now. It lost it's taste now.

I'm sure i'll get some flame for this entire thread.....but i honestly don't mind anymore.

It's been fun.

I feel the exact same way. Im in here since around Yasuo, and I have never played ranked either. It has lost some of the aspect because of which I have always loved MOBAs: Every game is unique. Right now, theres barely any champion diversity, barely any item diversity, it feels a bit stale in general. I have tried getting into DotA 2 again (which I played before League), but honestly I am too scared of playing normals because my MMR is still pretty high and I would probably ruin many peoples games...

Yeah I've reaches that point too. I'm an extremely competitive person and it makes it nearly depressing when I feel I cannot win or even have a fair shot because of the champs I like to play.

I can get fed nearly every game I play shaco, but suddenly some sated jungler appears and insta kills me with only sated and bork. Or that adc with 20% crit autos me 3 times and crits each time.

I feel like people check teir lists and if you aren't in god tier or just below you can't win.

Might go play DOTA 2 with my little bro or HOTS with my other bro xD

I sort of feel the same way, (I've been playing since Vel'Koz came out but didn't start playing a lot since Rek'Sai came out) So technically I haven't been playing for even a year yet and its getting boring. I won't quit league but I remember when I first started playing I thought this game was so fun and no one was toxic in the lower levels (except the smurfs) and I had a blast playing it. Now I feel no where near that way, sure this game is still fun but first playing it was way better. Also as you learn the game more and higher rank the game becomes way to competitive (in norms) and people are more concerned about being toxic instead of ejoying the game as a game.
