this is such bullshit get bronze 2 when i actually did great during placements had multiple games with over 20 kills one with a penta and still get bronze 2 im tired of this bullshit, Is this just happening to me or is the whole ranked system messed up

Same exact thing for me.

Dragged this account out of Bronze to Silver last season, win 9 of 10 placements, demoted to Bronze.

last season i lost all placements got bronze 2 and got to silver 2 before end but like wtf if ilose all i get b2 and if i win all but 1 i get b2 this sucks so bad

After Placements, you won't be the same rank you ended S5 / S6 Preseason as.

If you deserve to be a higher rank, then eventually you will get there.

For those who don't understand why there are MMR resets and why Placements are how they are take into consideration the following.

The game is constantly changing, Players can be a Bronze material player one patch and a Gold Player in another patch. Don't expect to be the same rank every season just because you ended S5 as X rank. The game is always changing that means the player must adapt to these changes. Some players adapt to change better than others, that is why they are ranked higher. The point of the MMR Reset is to display how a player has adapted to these changes, which means the rank you're placed at isn't so significant. 10 Game is statistically not a large enough sample size to draw any conclusions, so stop worrying about your Rank and continue playing more games.

Not even a week into Season 6 so stop complaining.

Just saying i had 0 wins in placement season 5 got placed bronze 2 and i was silv 5 prev this time im silv 2 in season 5 get placed bronze 2 after winning 9/10 placements in a row the way they set this up is fucked i have a friend who was bronze won 2 games got placed silver 3 tell me how that works and this guys mmr is quite low how does he go up and i go down

Same, 9-1 last season, got placed into Bronze 3, but if you truly don't deserve bronze it'll show. I played 2 games after and got to my promos, and won all those 3 and got placed into Bronze 1. Then season ended.

Me and my brother were silver 3 last season. I got 7-3 and was put in bronze 1. ok...

My brother went 8-2 and was put in bronze 4... what the fuck...

He's taking a break from league for a while... and i understand with these shit placements.

I'm already trying to jump the casm between bronze and silver, and it sucks. I think I've already lost all my motivation to play anymore until this is fixed.
