what are the best jungles without runes and masteries ?????????????

Warwick is cheap (450 IP), has good jungle sustain, and has a point and click suppression. You can survive in the jungle pretty well, and be healthy enough to gank if you're able.

Nunu is another cheap (450 or 1350 IP, not sure) jungler with good clear time and jungle sustain. It's a bit more difficult to gank with him, but he can do up to 1000 true damage to monsters, including dragon and baron on a fairly short cooldown.

^ XinZhao Xin Zhao is also good pre-level 30 (And post-level 30) jungler that's fairly cheap.

His first clear is kind of weak compared to the others i listed.. other than that yeah hes freelo hense why my win % with him is bullshit xD 82% 28 games xD

Have you considered the Machete+1 pot start on him then 2 camps and back for Trailblaizer? Also, utility masteries are under rated on champs like that, you get Biscuits and 40 extra starting gold. Hell, I take that on Kha'zix.

Thats actually.. bad, Khazix doesnt need the Utility tree at all.

Not the whole tree no. And not after the last w heal buff. But prior to that the utility tree was the only way you could survive first clear at the start of the season. I kinda just kept it because the extra pot is super nice and kha'zix is not early pressure anyway.

He could do it with runes and masteries @ the start of the season, he just dropped low. But even getting 40 extra gold in the utility tree is more than 9 points.

People underestimate the utility tree :/ I NEED MUH EARLY DAMAGES. It's like Riven players that build her glass cannon, you're going to nuke people after Hydra anyway, if you'd build Banshee's and Randuin's you'd be broken. Like I said, Kha'zix is pretty item reliant anyway so you're better off farming for a while utility helps farm.

Riven IS better building full damage though, because her E scales off of AD which innately makes her tankier.

Warwick dont need anything to jungle his sustain is amazing. i played him on my lower level account an he became a my first real jungler on my plat account. before i would just jungle twitch or ashe or graves.

Nocturne Pubstomp jungler with great ganks and jungle sustain. You generally won't need much to keep him going. The pick is always a solid choice.

Warwick Udyr Fiddlesticks

Your main struggle sub-30 is getting beat to a pulp and needing to back frequently. The sustain on these bad-boys will extend your HP bar to near infinity, allowing you to stay in the jungle and occasionally help out side lanes just by forcing a 1v2 or 2v3 through merits of being close to full HP.

Warwick is the best of the 3 in sub-30, because you literally don't need mana or abilities to clear the jungle, which is handy when you're figuring out how to work around blue buff.

Most other junglers? You kiiiiind of want runes/masteries with them. Also - you can unlock T3 runes at level 20 last time I checked. If you just don't purchase runes until then, there should be a decent amount of junglers you can use at 20 if you're really interested in the roll.
