Fixing Poppy's E

I no she is getting re worked but I dont think they are updating her kite?

anyways, when you E someone that flashes she just stands there, Maokai doesn't stop when they flash so I don't see why she does.

It's not only on flashes either its on any dash that a champion has, I love to play her and its kind of a joy kill just standing still after a flash
