item 3001 Works well or anyone champions that likes to go in balls deep and have good magic damage, Naut might good AP scaling but his kit is geared towards being a tank so offense based on damage not disrupting does not suit him. Anyone like Diana Kassadin Singed who likes to get close to the enemy team and be a pain in their asses will benefit from it's especially if they are good damage dealers against an AP comp.

I built it on Nautilus once when I had enough gold for it but not enough for Liandry's and it felt weak, so I would say not to.

Well, if you have a highly magic-focused teamcomp, it may make sense. Just for corki though? Naah not worth.
