@Meddler Zed buffs?

I think Zed should receive some buffs, not something too big, but also not something too small. Back in patch 7.1 (before lethality buff) you were considering them because everyone agreed that Zed was in a weak state and I believe he is in the same state now, after Yoomu´s Nerf, Edge of Night nerf, his masteries got nerfed, Black Cleaver changes don´t really favour him... Plus the low base stats compared to talon (Zed 54 AD vs Talon 60 AD, etc...).

And, let´s be honest, Zed already got hit by the Assassin Update, which kinda nerfed him, so would you please have a look at him now?
