Is MF Dark Harvest less viable than Arcane Comet now with the 8.2 nerf to dark harvest?

Dark harvest will still be the best late game mf rune. Comet probably would be the best choice for her lane bully playstile but DH is still an option. If you are sure to get enough free kil (maybe with an aggro support such as thresh blitz or leona, DH is the best choice but if you have to play less aggro and more passive I think comet is better since you can't get enough stack)
