lvl 23 player have to play against diamond player. omg

ok, My friend his account name is SKT T1 sorn. He been losing his game since last week and only won around 4 games. I don't think it fair to him because more than half of his game he got to play with someone like silver, diamond and the smurf. He just started this game and not expected to be expert enough to play with the diamond player! He is crying right after lost like 10 games in a row. Please help, he needed the fair team too!
