Tops are unbalanced

League of legends is starting off the season terribly because certain tops are broken af. Literally just played a game as wukong, who is a bomb top champ and i was up 1 lvl, more farm, and 2/0 against a yorick. He literally got a sheen and came back to lane and beat my ass underneath my turret at like lvl 9 and i was lvl 10 with ult... How is that even okay??? the other day im playing wukong again and this fiora had 2 kills and like 30 more farm than me and i was like 9/2 and i tele'd in to stop her split pushing. I was 1 lvl higher than her and she beat my ass underneath turret after i ulted her in turret range. This shit has gone on so long and they never fix this bullshit. literally riot is blind and really doesnt give a shit about us as they havent for years and so many of us just seem so stupid, including myself, for playing this forever broken game.

I'm trying maxing W first for lower cooldown... n magic pen since W does not scale that well with ap. it's like a Quakong (u know, Quasus) :P it's the only way to match up to the current tops. Be creative. Otherwise i would simply pick other champs. Wukong may be better as a jg but I really wanna play him top too.

Tell that to Riot's balance team.

Yorick is a lane pusher he is made to push you under the tower. fiora is a tactical fighter that usually is tough to fight anyhow. that being said wukong is needing a buff it has already been stated.

"who is a bomb top champ" http://screenshot.sh/m1SAFvITzxchw

Since when being 14th best toplaner makes you "bomb"?

Ok, so you clearly don't understand what powerspike is (Story with Yorick) and you clearly don't understand how certain champions work (Story with Fiora). If you don't respect your enemy, you pay the price. I love to hear stories like that, when it's clearly person missplaying the matchup or not knowing what enemy champion is able to do and then goes out to blame Riot for it. Classic.

so basically

I was fed and thought I was invincible, then I got outplayed.

? That sounds pretty balanced to me, actually. The fact that these champions can come back even when behind and beat you with skill rather than pure stats.
