why is it when ever a new patch comes out it seems like rito never tested It!

for example, maokai saplings doing way to much damage from the bush when built full ap compared to most ap can't even do that much DPS with there ults. is this intended so a champ that is taged tank is now a mage and one that is better and being a mage then must mage champs out there now!
