Help my friend noc plz

Nocturnes ult is 180sec(3min) at lvl 6 while other junglers such as sion or panths are 140/150(little over 2 min) respectively, With this being said why is nocturnes ultimate so much heavier time wise? The first activation of the ultimate may effect the entire enemy team to a degree, but the ult itself is a single target ability, unlike grandsky fall and unstoppable Onslaught which can hinder entire enemy teams far greater. All I ask i for the slightest of buffs to nocs kit shave off 10-20sec a lil something of the top for noc please just throwing it out there Thanks for listening
