So I Have Recently picked up Kha'zix and was testing a build and surprisingly it did alot more damage then i ever thought my Q was doing damage like it never been nerfed lol. I rushed Hydra into Ghostblade then got Warmogs into Sword of the Occult and then an LW. I had Armor pen Runes. I know the build is maybe trash but it di an suprising amount of damage as you can see in the link. So can some tell me the exact problem with Kha'zix mid and his weakness so i can adjust and make a playstyle for him . Khazix EVOLVE AND OVERCOME.

khazix top and mid have the same weakness. mana

easily fixed by rushing item 3070

item 3004 gives a suprizing boost to your damage late game, so it doesnt really bring down your power level.

To me, what defines a (Melee) Midlaner largely rests in their ability to 'instantly' threaten their opponent. For example, Talon, Katarina, and Zed all have ranged tools and a targeted gap closer somewhere in their respective kits.

This presents a problem for Kha'Zix. While it certainly isn't "slow", Kha'Zix's jump can easily be responded to by any mid laner with fast acting CC. If you want to avoid this as a problem, try to find openings in the opponent's Cooldowns.

For example, Ahri's strongest ability is her Orb (Q) and her hard CC is her Charm (E). If she uses her Orb to farm, then while it's on Cooldown, you don't have to worry as badly about being caught by Charm; she's not doing much damage anyway. On the other hand, if she uses and misses her Charm, that presents the perfect opportunity for Kha'Zix to leap in and simply start dueling Ahri. If you can learn how to find openings in the opponent's play style and abilities to guarantee Kha'Zix's leap landing on the opponent without getting CC'ed hard and/or outbursted, that can easily make you better at abusing Kha'Zix's strengths.
