Would "Tiny Master of Evil" be a more fitting name for Veigar's new passive?

Not saying "Phenomenal Evil Power" is a bad name, its a pretty good passive name on its own but i think 's title gives it more meaning in how he's constantly getting more AP and becoming more "evil" in power. Eventually with a lot of AP he becomes the "tiny master of evil" in nuking his enemies. what do you guys think? Do you have a name idea of your own? Let me know. :)
