Xin'Zhao, Fiora, Quinn, and Galio all do not have what a True Demacian needs. Each of them are a nightmare to walk into a bush and have the two innate passives every Demacian needs (Being in every bush ever and being immune to turret damage), but none of them have the True Demacian epicness...

DEMACIA. Yes. Screaming DEMACIA. Lux does it when she's about to explode some one, Garen does it when he's calling upon a sword from the Heavens to crush his foe, J4 screams it when he's shattering some one's skull so hard it leaves a crater around him, yet Xin, Fiora, Quinn, and Galio do not. THEY MUST SCREAM DEMACIA! It would make them all viable in ProPlay and Quinn's Ultimate would feel so right. Galio should go 'Deeeemaaaaa' when charging, then as he explodes, 'CIIIIAAAAA'. Fiora should scream it at the top of her lungs when she either hits the 4th vital or the person dies after she lands one, which is when ever the healing ends up proc'ing.

We can ignore Sona and Vayne though since Sona doesn't speak and Vayne isn't all to... Demacian-feeling.

I DEMAND DEMACIA! Who else wants more DEMACIA? One can not survive with only three of our Demacians screaming DEMACIA.

Edit: Since a couple people have mentioned it. Poppy isn't added in since she's expecting a Sion-level rework, as seen here.

Quinn's joke makes fun of Garen saying "Demacia" too often, it'd feel somewhat wrong on her imo :P

Definitely on Xin and Galio tho.

Need moar Demacia. Love when there's a Jarvan jungle and Garen top. So much Demacia screaming in fights.

Fiora and Quinn are both Demacian but they aren't part of the popular kids group. Fiora is more focused on self improvement than actually fighting for Demacia and Quinn is also more of a lone wolf character with Valor. I think both of their personalities fit that well and it shouldn't be changed.

TL;DR Fiora and Quinn are not the types of people who scream a battle cry before fighting.

Reminder: Lucian is also a Demacian.

But I wouldn't get my hopes up since he cares more about his wife than his hometown doe.

Garen technically says Demacia! on his W and not his ult. But you didn't hear it from me.

actually one of the reason why i love jarvan,garen and lux is beacause the scream DEMACIAAAA every time XD it feels a lot more satisfying to kill someone while screaming DEMACIAAAAA!, or when you run away with 10hp screaming DEMACIAAAAAA! or simply screaming DEMACIIAAAAAAA for no particular reason P.S. DEMACIAAAAA!!!!

i guess they thought it wouldnt fit certain champs like fiora or lucian who are demacians but are part of the league because of personal interests. but it would definitely make sense for xin, quinn, shyvana and poppy who are there to represent their city state in a more official manner.

I disagree with Fiora. According to the lore, she is fighting on Summoner's Rift to restore the name of House Laurent and prove she is the best duelist. She is not there to solely fight for Demacia like Lux, Jarvan IV, and Garen are. But I think this wouldn't be a bad addition to Xin Zhao ult. That's about it though.
