Rammus?

Does he counter all melee top laners or is he just broke atm? I was a level 5 trydnamere I had backed bought vamp item returned to lane assuming he had backed because I left lane with him at half hp so I pushed the lane he walked out of bush I was full hp with item he hadn’t even backed I also had ignite up he didn’t he was also a level behind me and he killed me from full hp while I did no damage and he did tons. So let’s recap he killed me with no items, he was a level behind and I used ignite on him. Either way I’m done with this game lol it’s about as balanced as my left bollock.
