Ashe and Ezreal need to buff

Hi, I'm Gold ranked AD Carry player in KR

Ashe & Ezreal have to buff.

First, Ashe Honestly, I don't know what's the strong point of Ashe as a Ad Carry.

She has a % damage or escape skill?

She doesn't have any strong points than other Ad carry Champions.

For the balance, She need to change her Passive first,

Her passive is totally useless for Ad carry, b/c ADC of position in this game, should damage consistently w/ autoattack. If Ashe doesn't have full stack passive in the fight, she can't even use her passive at all.

So i have new idea for her passive,

If she damage opponent Champion by crit damage, she will get 1% stack of Crit strikes deal, and kill or assist by crit damage, will get 3% stacks of crit strikes deal.

She's able to get to 50% stacks of crit strikes deal , if she got infinity edge w/ full stacks, she'll has 300% crit strikes deal.

A forth of the stacks are lost upon death, but stacks will start to be lost after she reach to full stacks.

She can grant stack just for the Champions not minions or monsters

She doesn't have great skill damage, % damage, and not even escape skill, so she need to be strong at least in late game, she's always week in early, middle, and late game. she has to be changed for the balance of ADC

Ezreal

I guess Champion concept of Ezreal were made as deft and swift movement ADC Champion.

He also looks very swift and light b/c looks mischievous boy.

however, His base Movement Speed is the lowest of all Champions,

I don't understand why Riot even nerf his movement speed.

W skill is still atrocious after patch,

anyone saw that someone use W for Ezreal itself in the battle? or lane?

i did it when i destroy turret.

I hope it to change like this,

Movement speed: 325 ---->330

W (remove increasing attack speed)----> if it hit opponent Champions, Ezreal's movement speed increase 3%, 6%, 9%, 12%, 15% in 3 sec.

Ezreal has the lowest HP stats, week wave clear, and not strong damage, but If Riot buff him like this, He could be strong for Assassin b/c it's gonna be hard to catch him and It'll be more suitable for his character

I dont think you understand what type of monster you are proposing. Ez is already hard enough to catch. Riot knows his W is unsatisfying, but all his other skills are so awesome its hard to change it. His W could just be a manlier dance and i would still play him.

As to ashe, im less sure. I do know that when ashe gets ahead, her r+the slows and the passive almost guarantee a kill.

##Summary of OP

Ashe doesn't do anything other AD carries can't. Her passive needs improvement, here's an idea:

Ashe gains bonus % Crit damage when critical hitting champions. For each critical hit on an enemy champion, she gains 1% Crit Damage; for each assist/kill, she gains 3% Crit damage.

  • This bonus is capped at 50%
  • A quarter of the bonus is lost upon death, and at max stacks it is gradually lost

Ezreal is weak. His identity appears to be that of a swift ADC. Ideas:

  • Change Movement Speed from 325 to 330.
  • W no longer increases attack speed; instead, upon hitting enemy champions, it increases Ezreal's movement speed by 3/6/9/12/15 % for 3 seconds.

Ezreal has low HP, low waveclear, and not much damage, but these changes will help him have a niche against Assassins by being harder to lock down.

##End summary

My opinion

Ashe is unique among AD carries with her ult. The rest of her kit isn't well-accentuated in terms of feeling powerful or being consistent with her ult. Her passive has always been an issue, but I find this suggestion to be interesting. I think a different mechanic for charging the % Crit damage might be better, although the idea of rushing crit early on Ashe to start stacking her passive is maybe good enough gameplay.

Ezreal changes are interesting, the only problem is that Lucian is the mobile, safe AD Carry. I think since Lucian's introduction, Ezreal may need his character to be redefined a little bit to reduce overlap with Lucian. W is a good area to look at, I agree. I think Ezreal is close to being strong, but I do think his gameplay identity could be more uniquely defined.

I don't think people understand just how good and satisfying Ashe can be and is. Her volley makes for half decent csing and harass since its range is so long. Her Hawkshot is kinda weak, but it can mean the difference between life and death, as well as the passive gold on it. Her slow makes for the perfect kiting and orb walking scenario in game. If your team is doing their job and you are doing yours, having a mobile escape shouldn't be necessary. You throw all of that and include her Ult, and you have one of the best if not the best adc duelist's in game as well as team initiating character in the game. Just my 2 cents on this. She carried me to gold and hopefully into plat this season.

As for Ez, i have no comment since i don't play him because i just don't like him.

Ashe: They should give Q as her W's passive indeed and then remove the Q's active. That W has a poor base damage and can do nothing but slowing enemy in mid/late game, but that slow depending the rank of Q is really bad which makes you can only get the best W after lv13. Her E's active need a buff since we all have 7th item to do the same thing(same to Quinn's W).
