Mobility creep

Hello everyone, I'm just your average run-of-the-mill League player. I have been playing since season one(The release of J4), played through to season 4 non stop, missed s5 and have been playing on and off since then. For some of my time playing league I've been an ADC main(since season 2 up to this day), but as of this patch I really seem to be struggling with where the game is going - I.e mobility creep. Back in the day people used to complain about a mobility creep when the dash champions became meta, and a lot of old champions were suddenly sub-par. Ever since then dashes have been a staple for new champions, but I feel like it's gone too far by now. Back in the day people used to have A dash, and itemizing straight CDR was not all too common for most champions - in other terms if you mess up your one escape you're likely dead, and won't have another dash for the next 12 seconds atleast. My problem with what I'm seeing today is all of these champions: Riven, Yasuo, Zed(I honestly feel he really isn't nearly as bad as the others), Rakan, Lucian, Ekko, Fiora, Zac, Katarina, and some more I can't think of off the top of my head - maybe Lee but not really. The problem I'm having is these champions all have dashes, and by that I mean A LOT OF THEM. And with cleaver being so prevalent right now - everyone is in the 30-40/45% CDR range, plus the bonus movement speed from the phage. I honestly am finding this incredibly oppressive. And as champions like Shyvana and Udyr it's so hard to stick to targets. I'm genuinely having a problem with kits with multiple dashes, which on top of them cap CDR too. Honestly, lethality assassin meta was easier to survive and live through than what is happening right now on the rift. I mean Katarina using Shunpo 8 times in one fight isn't exactly my idea of fun and neither are the infinite Fiora dashes if you're desperately trying to run away from her, before she kills you and flaunts mastery level 6 with the project: Fiora skin. It may be me but I liked it better when Katarina had one Shunpo and if she didn't get a kill she was as dead as my social life, same for all the other dashy-flashy type champions. Tl;dr: Too much dashes on the high pick champs at the moment and they are picked because they have a ton of dashes too. -Sincerely yours, and old League of Lego player
