Questions about transferring regions

If I transfer a diamond S6 account across regions, will it keep it's diamond border? And if it's currently ranked, will it keep its rank? PS, wasn't sure which board to post this on, so I hope I got it right.

You should maintain the border. As for you current league standing sorta.
