WE NEED THE UNSKILLED BUTTON BACK IN THE REPORT OPTIONS!
If some people are bad, it doesnt change that they are gonna be match up with the same elo and it makes people mad and the game less enjoyable.

Why?
It didn't do anything before, anyways.
It was just there to filter the useless reports out of the other categories.
I think the unskilled report was very useful when it came to reporting people who were boosted.
