Lissandra got a new passive that’s creats frozen statues that slow and after some time explode. The passive is interesting but I wonder how balance it would be considering interactions with revives - If there won’t be a CD then she potencionaly crest two statues or none.

If the enemy has Zilean ult, GA, Zac passive or anything else going, the effect will not trigger. Just if the enemy is really dead, so scoring a kill, then the effect will trigger.

Oleandervine1 votesTo expand, if you're under the effects if a Zilean Ult, GA, Zac Passive, or Anivia passive, those abilities override the rule where HP = 0 = Death. Instead, they change it to HP = 0 = Revive, which in turn means that you never die if you're under those effects, so "on kill" functions do not trigger since a death hasn't occurred.
