Make the ranked matches better

Im s2 and i recently got into a match in which someone in my team was unranked, it was one of their first games in i don't know when since you could only see the game that I played with him in his match history. As you guessed we lost, and I got really mad. This player was a morgana support and pretty much made the whole team lose because the player fed, did not ward objectives and kept getting caught in the jg by herself. We kept telling her to ward objectives and to not go alone in jg without wards but she never listened.I have gotten a lot of these players that are unranked but I never bothered saying anything since I kept thinking that i would stop getting these players and get people in my own division. At first i thought she was trolling since she did not have any masteries and she would just die and not ward objectives but now that i saw her rank I get it but, it made me lose lp because of it.

Unranked doesn't mean they don't have a placement. A person's rank resets to Unranked every season, but matchmaking sill places them roughly where they were last season. If they were not ranked in a previous season it would say "Level 30". An Unranked person has simply not completed their placements yet this season but were ranked as a similar skill level as you last season. They likely just had a bad game, which happens to everyone.

In this case though, the person was not Unranked and was indeed "Level 30", looking into it further I would say that their hidden MMR had put them in a high silver placement. Which is hard to comprehend since that summoner did not even have a mastery tree full for that game... But likely it still comes down to everyone has a bad game.

I do tend to agree with you to some extent, as sometimes the people coming in for their first placements can have a wildly varying skill level, but that is what you have to deal with when you are in silver, as everyone starts in silver for their MMR and it adjusts from there via their placement matches.
