Ghostcrawler's changes suck for top lane

Ranged champs kite too hard and win the lane for free, are uncatchable, and scale harder than most mele. The game itself was never meant to be balanced around such a fast pace, resulting in late game ranged champs popping off at 20 minutes. Such high damage in a game so early originally designed for a slower pace causes problems. Mages with hourglass are a prime example. Hourglass is now broken because 3 seconds in league is an eternity when tanks can die to kai'sa or xayah (unkillable) within that time-span.

Make league great again Riot or just remove mele and be done with it. The slow pace of league is what made it so unique, and made the kill so rewarding. How many game company can say they made just about everybody's favorite game? Why throw that away just to sell some weeb skins? Nobody enjoys spamming Kai'sa in ranked. Nobody enjoys fighting kennen, a mage with no cost. The community didn't want the tribunal disbanded, some of the funniest videos i've ever seen came from it. Why would I spend money on a free game that so easily permabans accounts? What are you guys thinking over there?

Id lvoe to see a Ryze rework where his W is a 30-70% slow for 1.5 seconds or a 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 second root on Flux marked targets, and his R is a giant meteor that scales in size and damage with his current Mana.

Runic Meteor (R) Cost: 15% Maximum Mana Cooldown: 140 / 110 / 80 seconds

Ryze taps deep into the source of magic, forming an apocalyptic meteor in the sky after 1.25 seconds, crashing for 50/175/300(+25/30/35% current mana) over an area of (100% AP + 200) units.

Kennen and Kayle are absolutely fine, get rekt

I got something you might like

Jayce: MR/Armor bonus at 1: reduced to half, bonus at 18 will be higher than current

Range: increased to 550

Cooldowns: increase by 4 seconds at rank 1 for all, same at max level though.

What this amounts to: Jayce will be weaker due to less health, will have to hold abilities harder, will hopefully get forced into the role now made available to him

Jayce will now be a marksman who graduates into a bruiser late game, no longer being OP at early game and still being viable at late game as opposed to his current incarnation of broken af early/mid then trash late.

Real talk, I dislike Kayle. Her whole design forces her to never engage. Kennen has the Aatrox style forced auto flaw, where if he has the empowered auto from E he should attack you and thus will miss CS if you just back off at that moment. I always engage after he uses the empowered auto on a minion because then he has to land Q or ult in order to stun me. Ryze also has a similar idea. His best waveclear comes from his E. Whenever he hits the wave with E I go in. He has low damage early, so you should win most, if not all trades. If you freeze the wave closer to your tower and punish him for trying to waveclear you can force him out of lane or get an easy gank setup.
