Didn't see a nerf Ivern thread on front page

So here's another one. I saw Ivern press E so please nerf him. Also cut off his tree branch hands so he cannot attack for 4 to 5 damage. Also nerf his mouth so he cannot talk to his jungle friends for XP and buffs.

if you think damage is the reason he needs a nerf (or why people want him nerfed), you don't belong anywhere above silver
