Teemo needs a HUGE rework to make him balanced

What in hell are they thinking to keep giving him buffs? He has the only completely invisible traps, which is broken. His poison ability on hit takes more like then a full stack of hemorrhage from Darius, which is just sick. Passive invisibility of just standing still?

Either balance him out, or take him out of the game, because he is sickly op
