Player POV on replays?

I was thinking that it would be awesome if there could be a POV option for recording your games, maybe via toggle in the options menu or something. I don't know what kind of challenges would keep such a thing from happening, but from somebody that uses a fairly low end computer it would be super convenient. With my specs, I can't use something like OBS to record my games, so I am stuck using op.gg or leagues replay feature, which is strictly spectator mode. With a POV function, I can better criticize my decisions based on spell CDs that are now easier to track or correct myself because of bad camera placement that maybe I'm not noticing in game. Or maybe I'm not hitting tab enough to check the enemy jungler's cs to help track them or other laner's items because maybe I should buy that void staff second item instead of third. Maybe I could be utilizing attack move in a situation but I'm instead using standard movement.

Again, I don't know what kind of challenges would come up from attempting to do such a thing, but it's the minor things that can make a big difference in the long term. It would be nice to be able to see these kinds of things in my replays and I'd really like a Rioter's insight on why or why not this is a possibility.
