He built full hp! Warmogs? Yes. Cinderhulk? Yes. KindleGem? yes. Locket? No. Stoneplate? No. Merc Treads? No.
Looks like Cho'Gath built full tank. His ult scales with the extra health, but his other abilities would've maybe hit 200 at best.
I don't understand how he's broken. Nobody on your team built botrk because nobody had attack speed enough to use it. You had a full team of squishies.
I see nothing wrong here.
