Climbing the Bronze Elo hell

I came back for this season and I forgot that I had gotten Silver 3 before I left. I came back and went 5-5 in my placement games. My first 3 loses were legit due to trolls. One game I had a person in pregame laughed and picked Zilean and then ran down mid constantly dying 18 times before the game was over. I then had another game where a person called adc and locked in as a Ahri, ect. I ran into trolls and feeders for my placement games and ended up in Bronze 3 where again I ran into trolls and feeders.

This last game was it. I had a bot top who went 2/11 before he said "Yes I am human." period and all. I had my adc afk and J4 who ran into their jungle and died three times in first 15 min trying to steal their buffs.

How the hell am I supposed to climb out of bronze when I win 2 or 3 and then just lose because of a feeder and lose my progress? How am who mains sup...supposed to combat these situations. As either sona/leona/braum I do well. I have over 75% kill participation always land my ult on their main dps/cc champs. I just cannot get out of the bronze league.

My placement games at 5-5 should have at worst put me in silver 5. What do I do to climb out of this league or do I quit for a year and try next season?
