I know SMITE has at least 3. I think it would be an interesting new type of champion. A legitimate AP Carry, just like Lucian or Ashe or Twitch or whoever, but buy AP items. Instead of Infinity Edge for max AD and crit, there'd be an AP equivalent. They have an attack speed steroid, etc. Like Sol or Ao Kuang in SMITE.
More auto-attack carries that scale with AP please.

Orianna, Kennen and TF. Ori gets 15% ap on hit from her passive. POE built Roa into nashor's on her at worlds. Kennen and TF have on hit passives and bring cc in basic abilities. Nashor's, rageblade, gunblade, lich bane, deathcap, void staff, something like that.
AP varus' is the way to go. With nashors and his W you do decent damage on your autos, but most of your damage comes from popping blight which can be tricky since all your abilites can be dodged, though rewarding since you usually do large amounts of damage. Hardish to play but my favorite way to play my favorite champs.
Azir, Kayle, Teemo, and even Kog
Gnar's W has a 100% AP ratio, if you really want to get crazy.
Diana functions very well as an AS/on-hit champion in the jungler, and she can spam her gap closer so being melee isn't as much of an issue.
Lulu is a popular ranged champion with AP damage on hit from her passive. One of the hardest parts about AP Lulu is how hard Nashor's Tooth is to build. You only get 30 AP from its components for an 80 AP item, it's actually a bit ridiculous. Once you upgrade it's a massive power spike.
Twisted Fate has an AP ratio on his Stacked Deck, and also has AS from Stacked Deck. His Pick A Card synergizes very well with Lich Bane, so go nuts.
AP Varus, mah man. His W passive makes his autos do more dmg with AP, and his autos accumulate blight stacks up to 3, which trigger % max health damage. With Runaans and AP, you can infect a couple people and make them explode

Bro, you need to try out ASAP Varus (attack speed ability power Varus). You max W first and your autos get magic damage from W, Nashor’s, and Wit’s End. You also get the best HP% damage in the game.

What is the point of this? You're literally asking for an AD carry that buys AP items instead. So the only difference between them is the items they buy? How is buying a different set of items interesting or different?
You might as well just give an ADC a passive that converts their damage into magic damage......but even that already exists, Corki.......
on hit lulu is a nice hybrid/ap based auto carry. Haven't seen it in awhile but it's surprisingly fun.

Actually, Smite has 3 Magical ADCs (Freya, Chronos and Sol) but has a few more that can build attack speed as an off meta build (Zeus, Poseidon). Last time I asked for a magical ADC no one understood what I was talking about and they told me to play Azir, Teemo and Kayle, but they are just not the same.
