When you play Lulu, it becomes very difficult to E+W an ally and then aim a Glitterlance to slow someone because Pix just can't keep up with the champion he's following. Is there a chance we could see something like Pix also getting Whimsy's MS bonus as long he's not on an enemy champion?
I think in trade for some of Lulu's utility they should give her more damage with a new passive. Her current passive is so random, while it does however make full AD Lulu viable-ish because she basically can get +105 extra AD at level 18, it just doesn't feel right on a high utility top laner.

I hate lulu. As long as she has a point and click renekton ult for someone I just hate her lol same with nami. These redick heals/hp buffs when soraka should be that champion and because she healed she was gutted. But these two aren't. Its dumb.
I'd rather not have this change. Some players actually use what you are talking about to increase their harass range.
