When you play Lulu, it becomes very difficult to E+W an ally and then aim a Glitterlance to slow someone because Pix just can't keep up with the champion he's following. Is there a chance we could see something like Pix also getting Whimsy's MS bonus as long he's not on an enemy champion?
A Miss Fortune3 votesI think in trade for some of Lulu's utility they should give her more damage with a new passive. Her current passive is so random, while it does however make full AD Lulu viable-ish because she basically can get +105 extra AD at level 18, it just doesn't feel right on a high utility top laner.

The only gripe I have with Lulu's current self is her passive. More specifically, how difficult it is to properly CS with her due to Pix's bolts not being able to pass through minions. The passive is a problem even when I'm playing Lulu in the support role, as Pix's bolts can ruin my ADC's CS when I'm just trying to poke an enemy with autos.
I'd love an entirely new passive, but even allowing Pix's bolts to pass through units would be nice.

ImHerVoice1 votesI hate lulu. As long as she has a point and click renekton ult for someone I just hate her lol same with nami. These redick heals/hp buffs when soraka should be that champion and because she healed she was gutted. But these two aren't. Its dumb.
