i don't see the point of reporting

I really don't see the point of reporting. I get a troll who just randomly goes afk after raging hard for nothing. I report him and have no idea what will happen to him. For one, nothing will happen most of the time. Two, we have no idea what restrictions they receive. I think users who actually report should have the right to receive the result of their report. We are the ones who feel hurt and get mad for those afkers and ragers. Just pressing report doesn't do anything for our feelings. I just get a feeling they will end up with no restriction and will see them again in the future (which happened today. I played with a troll from yesterday) I WANNA SEE THEM BANNED or at least chat restricted.

i dont think anything happens tribunal is still gone, these automated reports (which have a text box, which im 100% sure are useless cause riot doesnt gaf) dont do anything, and no matter how many threads we make in the boards, still no news on the tribunals return, and league is still the most toxic game community I have ever personally bared witness to....the yugioh community is probably worse...maybe their tied.. hmm

ehhh thats not true either.

regardless of not seeing the crap they say in chat, they can still do stuff in game

feeding, going in all chat and telling enemy ur taking drag, etc (ive seen it) leaving you to die in fights. lots of things.

Nothing happens with reports. The hard truth is they only get banned if they spammed verb crap in chat for 5 whole games. If it was only one or two games they have spammed verb stuff in chat they won't get banned. Same with feeding. If they have fed 1 or 2 games out of 5 then they are not banned. They will only get banned if they have been feeding 5 whole games, or spammed chat 5 whole games. That is fact. Many know this because every one can vote on that stuff and see if the person reported is false or true. In other words you can troll, spam, and feed 2 whole games and you will not be banned. Only when you have done that 5 games in a row is when you are up for a ban.

Honestly I feel like having the report system only encourages people to want to lash out at people who hurt them, which only encourages bullies to bully, and short-tempered ragers to rage.

I have a hard time telling when people are being angry with me or not, and so I often lash out at people who are actually just being like, "hey buddy could you ward river for me please" but they just don't take the time to butter it up xD personally, letting the "report" system get in my head only makes me more likely to lash out at allies rather than try to be polite to them.

I get reported literally every game i jungle nowadays. From either allies or enemies its literally if i dont solo carry and never die someone blames me for everything and i get a report after the game. Ive received probably 50 or so reports int he last month and nothing has happened to me. maybe because they look and see the reports are bs but usually its a bot looking at them. In short reporting does aboslutely nothing, no one is afraid of it, if anything it just makes the reporter angrier and just makes people more angry at you for doing what you are supposed to be doing
