@RiotStashu my take on a Cassiopeia rework

This rework doesn't take into consideration her current rework or any scripting possibilities and is meant to emphasize her identity as a snake/poison champion and bring her kit to that theme.

Passive: Enhanced Bite Hitting poisoned enemies with Twin Fangs refreshes it's cooldown and does a bonus effect depending on the poison

Noxious Blast (Q): Cassiopeia blasts an area with poison, dealing base damage +0.5% AP for 3 seconds and speeds Cassiopeia for the duration (Passive)(Green indicator) Enhanced Bite: Hitting enemies poisoned by Noxious blast with Twin Fangs heals Cassiopeia for a base amount +0.4% AP Cool Down: 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 Mana Cost: 35/40/45/50/55

Miasma (W): Cassiopeia throws a cloud of poison to a target area, dealing base damage +0.2% AP per second and slowing them initially by 30/35/40/45/50% then by a constant 10% inside the cloud (Passive)(Violet indicator) Enhanced Bite: Hitting enemies poisoned by Miasma with Twin Fangs shreds the magic resist of enemy champions by 5% which stacks upto 5 times Cool Down: 10 Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70/80

*Both poisons can stack and the indicator is a snake head on top of the poisoned enemy which is half green and half purple

Twin Fangs (E): Cassiopeia fires fangs at an enemy, dealing magic damage. Every 3rd Twin Fangs against the same target cripples the enemy, slowing them by 50% which decays over two seconds. If Twin Fang kills the target, refunds its mana cost plus 3% of her maximum mana. Cool Down: 5 Mana Cost: 30/40/50/60/70

Petrifying Gaze (R): Passive: (Scale Manifestation) Cassiopeia hardens her scales gaining 5/10/15 armor and magic resist which are doubled when Cassiopeia is near enemy champions. Active: After no delay, Cassiopeia blasts all enemies in a 80º cone in front of her with her gaze, dealing base damage +60% AP to enemies facing her and stunning them for 2 seconds. Cool Down: 120/100/80 Mana Cost: 100
