Annie Visual Glitch??

I was playing in a normal game and mid way through the game the enemies Annie glitched and her stun was always up. It was just a visual glitch as she only stunned every 4 abilities.

I thought it was a technical difficulty on my end but the guy I was talking to (whose voice you can hear in the video) was also seeing the same thing so it must be a glitch in the actual game :)

Idk, Has this ever happened to anyone else??
