Oh Olaf hands down. Normally, Olaf beats irelia at most points in the game. She can beat him early game easily if he decides to go damage before tank. She can also fight at level 9, and when she finishes Trinity, but other than that, he normally beats her.

Olaf due to the cc immunity and increased lifesteal, coupled with his AS passive. Especially during ult, as RO wouldn't inhibit his AS.
