Riot's Autofill System in High Elo

First of all I think that Riot has many problems that they have not fixed, but in this discussion I will be speaking about the Primary, Secondary, and Autofill Positions in the Ranked scene. Example #1 I am a jungle main who is trying to climb at the end of the season. How is it possible that in a 10 game period I get my main role 2 times my secondary 6 times and autofilled support 2 times??? Isnt a PRIMARY role supposed to have the most leverage when it comes to your role???? Example #2 I got into a game as my secondary (Top Lane) and played through the game to end up finding out that our Jungler's PRIMARY position was Top Lane and his secondary was Jungle. HOW DOES THIS EVEN WORK RIOT??? FIX YOUR SYSTEM
