Is Kennen being looked into for buffs?

Kennen isn't looking too hot at the moment, I was hoping riot would be looking to make some decent changes but I am yet to see anything on the PBE and it has me worried.

While jungle at the moment does have a lot of swing top lane, Kennens early game power since the rune rework has been absolutely terrible. His current inability to bully/create pressure top lane has been crushing as it was one of major components to Kennens entire dynamic along with his team fighting power.

Kennen as a champion has been relegated to state of lose lane hope your bot lane doesn't feed and pray you can make the game go past 30mins where you actually start to feel relevant, or you end up getting carried by your bot lane stomping.

Hope riot sees this and has some changes in the works.

...let me get this straight. So your champion has a crazy teamfight ult, the mobility to get yourself into position for said ult, AND the range to safe farm early, but you still want "early game power" to bully the laner you outrange by a lightyear?

Well, since every other ranged top laner has it, yeah.

If you're going to dick over melee champions, you should at least do it thoroughly after all.

Dont you realize Kennen could be balanced right now ?! Unacceptable, he must be broken and even more annoying than Gnar !

I agree that he needs some type of buff as his item build kind of sucks and Aery is meh on him but I disagree that the buff should be in his laning phase. I'd rather see his mid game scale better and sooner.

OK, all jokes aside, I think you're actually pretty right. I mean, at this point, I'm pretty much spending my days in the retirement home that is ARAM, but one thing it did was to force me to play some AP champions. And aside from Dark Harvest Kassadin , I actually didn't enjoy buying items on a single AP champion. They have item 3157 item 3135 , the situational item 3146 item 3100 , and everything else legit just feels like self-harming pieces of shit. If AP items finally got the fix that they needed, then Kennen probably wouldn't need any buffs whatsoever.
