New Lock In Rules. Possibly Leaving the Game

I don't understand the reasoning to why Riot decided to force us to lock in... Have the full time was and still is a big deal to me. I always had a habit of being unable to decide between 2 champs, and changing at the last second. I have had to wait many times and probably lost a total of 100 points due to this. And the reasoning doesn't make much sense... who cares if somebody goes afk before locking it. Some teams actually used the full time as a way to stall out time and discuss options. And i just don't have the time to do this twice and wait half an hr to play again. Of course i do not expect a reply from the Devs. They do as the wish and just look at the boards when there is a "riot" on the way. Pun fully intended
