Champion Reworks?

There is a few champion that have a big advantage, and champions that aren't that strong in my opinion. My friend loves Wukong mainly because of his awesome lore. But the problem is, he's not actually so much in the meta. Same with Urgot. Urgot and Wukong have a lot of disadvantages . Not to complain but there are other champions that are "OP". Like Riven and Yasuo . You get what I'm saying. I'm just curious about why the lesser played champions aren't getting changed in any way. I like the new Yorick though. It adds some new gameplay. :D

Not sure about his lore because I haven't read it, but I know that the champion Wukong was based on the Chinese god Sun Wukong from the novel Journey to the West, as was Goku (which is Sun Wukong's name in Japanese, Son Goku). AKA Goku from DBZ = Wukong.

If I remember correctly Rito has a short list of champs for reworks. They teams take a good while to complete one, but they generally turn out ok in the end. WW is next on the list I do believe and I forget who is after him.
