Very weak champion... his passive only tanks 1 melee hit and has a 10 sec cooldown, the blade has unique effects like the invurnerable for couple seconds but the area is so small when you are trying to cover a teammate they just panic and dont see the ring and die. His slowing effect from the blade is hard to land and is pretty much dead ability only 25% slow for a second then a little bit extra damage. His ult is a great saving tool but the shield isnt enough sometimes and cooldown is ridiculous for a weak ultimate. Its literally a replica for tp spell. I always play him in jungle and sometimes support. He cant win agaisnt the other jungler because of lack of damage and only 1 cc that requires you to get close.

10 seconds reduced by 4-7.5 seconds when you hit with an ability btw

he's really not that weak. his global presence will always be insanely strong

I mean I play alot of shen and he is fine, my only real issue would be make the q the same whether you hit someone or not. If I go supp as him I'll go ap tank and take guardian, why you ask well I'll tell you. When you ult you give double shields
