Communication Chat in game & more complaint features for Dev's

I would like if you have an option all together to turn off chat, I know there is a mute, I don't want to mute all the time, I just want to close the stupid chat window and the chat option to communicate. Trolling is so common and players tend to get under my skin, that being said you have already added ping options on map for details. I don't mind it showing up on screen the pings, but ultimately I don't want access to chat feature. I want it off all the time, no means to talk to enemy or allies. I just want to play.....

Players at times go out of their way to steal your farm in order to self gain like in jungle, I play jungle alot, but I'm just about done playing jujngle cause of the leached players that decide to take my jungle farm for their own advantage and then talk shit in game and continue to prevent a jungler from doing their job, and top it off that come in with a team of friends and they all back it up. I have reported and I have been reported in return, I am sick and tired of the report feature so limited on the issues at hand.

Now, watch all the trolls in forums who disagree troll their insults into this thread once i post it. Which is impart as to why I almost never go into forums due to the negativity of people.
