@Riot, how do you feel about Heimerdinger's current state?
Do you think he is weak or strong? Do you feel he needs buffs or nerfs anywhere? Or, overall, do you feel he is in a good state?

Specially those that are counterpick reliant.
Heimerdinger is only a problem if you dont adapt and/or pick blindly pick a midlaner. He is supposed to shit on you if you choose Zed and the like. Countering isnt a privilege of mobility assassins you know?

Otherwise he could use a bit of more of HP or damage on turrets.
