GAREN NEEDS TO HAVE HIS ULT BUFFED!!!

So many champions now can refresh their ult and that makes them perfect for team fights and team play and the pros. I say this: Give Garen a refresher for his ult. ONLY if he kills the villain with the ult it refreshes. If he kills anyone else with his ult it wont refresh. HAS to be the villain to refresh. And if there is no villain then no refresh. You do that, Garen now is used in the pros. UW.
