I'm an Evelynn main since before the rework and this nerf is extremely HEAVY and INSANE! Evelynn IS a burst assassin so her burst MUST be strong, that does not mean that she needed to be nerfed. Burst is ALL she has, after she uses her abilities her basic attacks are USELESS... This nerf KILLED Evelynn and now it's hard to even kill an ADC WITH ULT... This is ridiculous.... Evelynn was that ONE champion I really LOVED playing. She was FUN and BALANCED! Really don't know what to do now... Can't play Evelynn anymore.

She got a nerf when she was balanced and in fact was supposed to be getting a buff especially her basic attacks...

Please don't say "play another champ" because I want to play Evelynn and her damage is lowered by 25% to 33% it's ridiculous.

Tbh the removal of frost queen for her item was enought, she don't deserve such a nerf .

Your zero skill zero effort champ is going to be fine, you just have to work for your wins now like everyone else.

she was definitely broken pre nerf. She took literally 0 effort.

Now you will need to actually think instead of just instakilling people

So now eve's playstyle changes. Instead of just being able to 100-0 people out of nowhere you actually have to use your brain and flank. enter into the fight after the initial brawl and play cleanup. Secure the kill on the ADC after the initial engage. Not just run in and kill the ADC for free.

Now with the nerf she is in a much healthier spot.

I feel the reduction to flat % is fine but maybe they should of kept the old scaling
