So Xin Rework. When?

So, yeah, I'm sure I'm gonna get a lot of flak for complaining about a champion being "overpowered," but honestly, that's not even what I hate about playing against this champion. That Youtube video was made a long time ago (as you can see), but Xin hasn't changed almost at all (sure his ratios and shit have changed a little, but he's basically the same). He's still that one guy who can just 1v5 without having to land any abilities whatsoever. Every single ability of his is a targeted ability, and yet they all stack on his auto attacks - so basically, build botrk, devourer's, and you're done - just stack any number of tanky items on the top of that and the enemy can't kill you while you still deal stupid amounts of dmg with your on-hit effects (with ridiculously short cooldowns I might add). With all his damage, gap-closer, armor reduction, built-in heals, huge dmg spike on his 3-t-strike, and even a knockback (why did you add this?!), and yet no counterplay (you can't dodge shit), as soon as I see this champion picked on the enemy team in solo queue, only one message plays through my mind: "Here we go again......" Seriously, I don't understand why he hasn't been changed! Like, make it so he has to throw a spear to grapple to an enemy, like leona's crap or something, like SOME skillshot so it doesn't feel like you're inevitably going to find your behind on the end of his spear. Anyway, I just hope SOMETHING will be done soon about Xin, because he's been too unbalanced for far too long, and I think everybody knows it. I just don't want to have to automatically ban him every single game or be certain I'll see him pop up and have to prepare my body.

Here's a suggestion - why don't you just replace him with Shrek, so that when he's sticking me with his spear at least I'll know he is love and life and not cancer.
