Ornn Passive Suggestion

I'm really enjoying the new updates to Ornn, I have been playing very frequently. However as I have been testing out the new additions, the passive upgrades are very late into the game, and in this meta, half of our games are ended before I am even able to upgrade one of my allies at level 14. I think the passive should be put a tiny bit earlier, I think it would make most sense for MY items to be upgraded at level 12, and the option to upgrade my allies items beginning at level 13. This would not drastically change Ornn, but it would be extremely helpful to enhance his kit.

I dunno about you, but when I play Ornn, I ALWAYS get 18, because I never have to recall at all. If you can't get high levels as a Top laner (where he's getting bullied anyways and is prone to never leaving lane), Try jungling. You encounter champs less, camps heal you, and you can buy your trinkets/items in safer positions and continue to creep/gank. Levels far faster as Ornn than top. Cinderhulk's also good on him.
