Cant left click on minimap Help

I cant LC on minmap and idk why. based on everything I've looked at... People keep saying to check my files and shit. That's not going to work only because of the fact that I can't Left Click on my minimap for only 1 of my accounts, so Idk how doing something with my files would change anything.

I can't play this game without that tool. I will literally go insane in my games if I can't left click on the minimap. I'm literally so pissed atm. Lol. I can't play without that function. Someone help with this other than "Look at your persistedSettings"
