Fiora passive needs a cooldown

There is no reason that Fiora's passive should have no cooldown. Infinite criticals at lvl 1 makes me cringe at what the dev team. She get's infinite non directional base parries (which raises the question of why there's even an ability line when she uses it) during the active part of her ability, she get's infinite critical points, two dashes, and heals from her passive and her ult. please fix the overloaded kit rito kthx

Because that is the direction she is going to stab as a riposte once the parry is over. If you are hit by that you will get slowed, or stunned if she blocked a hard cc during the parry, that is why the line is there.

Why are people obsessed with the cooldown? Cooldowns on passives are usually reserved for death activating passives.

If it's because we hate it, then let's put Ekko's passive on a cooldown. Or Mundo.

Ekko's does have a cooldown xD It's like 8 seconds in between being able to proc it on each target

Didn't know that.

Still don't get why everyone hates Fiora. Though I'm a Pantheon main.

Does Panth's passive block her true damage and the normal damage? Or does one go through?

Pretty sure it blocks it. As long as it isn't magic damage.

I could be wrong though.

Try freezing lane. She isn't too hard.

She becomes kinda subpar if she doesn't get fed during lane phase.

As Wukong vs Fiora, she got one kill and ten farm on me; instantly couldn't 1v1 her at 8 minutes in. Here is the kicker though, in the fight that killed me, the passive spawned in the same spot twice after she hit it after my dash in.

Yeah, basically you just have to hope you get a good jungle gank whilst spamming health pots and flask. Let her push lane and farm as best you can under turret. Just don't give her a kill in lane and you will be fine past lane phase.

And you don't see a problem with that? When a champion has enough potential to snowball off a single kill and a hand full of farm that hard, there is a problem. Playing passively will result in lost farm and exp' which will in turn put her ahead, placing you in almost the same predicament. Next to all top lane should be able to come back from this if played correctly, this is not the case with Fiora unless mistakes are made often.

Look, dude I know it's frustrating but every single popular champion in top lane does that. Darius Tryndamere Fiora Riven Shyvana Renekton Garen

It's pretty much the only way to survive top lane as Wukong because so many top laners are bullies.

Atm Juggernauts are oppressive and are not fun to play against, Trynd is old and needs to be reworked as with Renekton, Riven ABSOLUTLY needs to get early kills and get ahead or else she is useless the entire game, making her unhealthy, Shyvanna is no longer played in the toplane, Fiora is the reason we are arguing and cant be used as an example. These are bad examples for top lane because they all require you to do more then just farm and trade, sure, that's not technicly a bad thing, but the way they do so is what pushes them to the edge. You MUST poke garen every six seconds if you don't want him healing, You Must avoid Darius' Q if you don't want a bleed stack and him healing, You Must play as riven does or she will snowball on your face, You MUST keep Shyvanna and Renekton from gaining fury because of the effects it gives them, You MUST not let Fiora hit your weak points or she will heal, do %max health true damage, get a speed boost, activate her ulti's heal and duel you under your tower and live. Its not healthy counterplay, gnar has healthy counterplay, sion has it, malph, wukong, Panth, kennen, shen, maloki, aatrox, Shall I continue? Those seven that you picked, when they are played, are played because they are extremely hard to counterplay, especially in blind and teambuilder queues. In Draft, you are able to pick their hard counters, Quinn for Darius, Jarven for Riven and Fiora, Hiem for Garen. this works because each is able to do exactly what needs to be done to counter them. Jarven out duels Riven and Fiora if he knows what he's doing, Quinns Q mostly keeps Darius from getting stacks of hemorage on you, Hiem is able to put out constant damage with his turrets to keep garen from healing if he goes in to farm. This is my reasoning

All of which you LITERALLY see coming. Hell, you even know exactly where she's going to aim. That is considerable counterplay.
