so you guys won't BELIEVE what happened to me today, i was in promos to go to bronze III, i had 1 win and 1 loss, it was an important game for me right? so i get top, there is this MOTHERFUCKER who gets support, the thing is he gets to pick before me, first he says will you swap? i said no i can't play support just dodge the game, he then picks urgot top to force me to pick support so i dodge and now i have 79 LPs, everytime i get to promos (third time) i get trolls or afk in my team, i can't even report the motherfucker since i didn't even get to the game, and u know his reason why he did not want to play support? "I AM TO LAZY TO CHANGE MY RUNES SORRY!" the Russian server is shithole SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE im so angry im about to throw out my pc through the window!

He picked urgot. He did not pick "top". No, he is not going to be punished just because you dislike his champion pick.

i could give him the benefit of the doubt an assume he was going to play urgot support but he CLEARLY told me "i won't play support" and then picked urgot with teleport :D i have calmed down a bit but am i delusional to believe that you get more trolls in promos? i have 75% winrate but can't even get to bronze III :D so far in my promos i had:

1: vi going "sorry i have to leave good luck!" min 5, we actually won that game 4 v 5 :O

2:i got garen vs a smurf yasuo,he was better than me i admit, i played SUPER passively so as to not feed him, he only killed me once but way more farm, i kept asking for help but jungle olaf kept telling me "you are on your own" u know why? cuz once he tried to gank when he had AN ARMY of minions under my tower and i had no boots with 50% hp, i did not help him and kept telling him to NOT GANK, so he decided to never help me again, we surrendered min 15 after yasu LITERALLY 1v5'ed us.

last promo: 1:i go morde vs darius, i checked his profile he is literally gold this season i lose to him but what is gold doing in bronze? it's ok though fair game to him 2:i won as garen top i did more damge than adc and did not insult anyone or anything but my support lux with 10k damage went ape shit on me and wanted to report me I SWEAR I DON'T KNOW WHY! i literally carrried the game, i can post op.gg link 3:i had two iron IIIs and an unranked in my team, again i did not insult or troll but we had no chance

basically either i carry or we lose and as a top laner it's impossible THERE ARE SO MANY TROLLS ON THE RUSIAN SERVER!

Players are not going to be punished for something that didn't happen. If he was being aggressive/arguing/threatening things in chat, he may be punished with a chat punishment. But someone does not get thrown in jail for 20 years or more simply because they said "i'm going to murder someone". You don't get punished for what others think you "might" do.

ok nothing harmful there. if you cannot support then dont support. keep to your lane if you are good with it.

just dodge the game,

here is the first red flag. encouraging others to dodge, especially when you yourself don't want to dodge, is never ok. you know how important this game is. and everyone else knows too. no way in hell they will dodge an important game. even if it just a normal ranked match you should never dodge. that's just being an asshole and encouraging others to dodge is no better.

he was not forcing you to go sup. he only chose to change lanes. it was your choice and yours alone to go sup. if you did not want sup you were not forced to go sup. you still could have gone top. sure there would be two top but who fucking cares.

so i dodge and now i have 79 LPs

this was also an option but not the best one. but was still an option you chose, not forced to do.

you have no evidence of them actually going to troll or afk until you are in the game. they could have been merely BS'ing to get you tilted and dodge the game, which worked. when players are like that just leave them be. once in game if they actually do start to troll or afk then you have evidence (which riot don't give two shits about) of them doing it. but in pregame lobby there is no evidence of them doing it. not by their champ, their, role, or their runes.

i think with his excuse he kinda gave away his plan that he was indeed BS'ing you. and you still let him get to you.

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE

once post game reports become more reliable then maybe pregame reports can be a thing but right now post game reports are so unreliable it is almost not worth reporting players.
