the thing is he gets to pick before me, first he says will you swap? i said no i can't play support
ok nothing harmful there. if you cannot support then dont support. keep to your lane if you are good with it.
just dodge the game,
here is the first red flag. encouraging others to dodge, especially when you yourself don't want to dodge, is never ok. you know how important this game is. and everyone else knows too. no way in hell they will dodge an important game. even if it just a normal ranked match you should never dodge. that's just being an asshole and encouraging others to dodge is no better.
he then picks urgot top to force me to pick support
he was not forcing you to go sup. he only chose to change lanes. it was your choice and yours alone to go sup. if you did not want sup you were not forced to go sup. you still could have gone top. sure there would be two top but who fucking cares.
so i dodge and now i have 79 LPs
this was also an option but not the best one. but was still an option you chose, not forced to do.
everytime i get to promos (third time) i get trolls or afk in my team, i can't even report the motherfucker since i didn't even get to the game,
you have no evidence of them actually going to troll or afk until you are in the game. they could have been merely BS'ing to get you tilted and dodge the game, which worked. when players are like that just leave them be. once in game if they actually do start to troll or afk then you have evidence (which riot don't give two shits about) of them doing it. but in pregame lobby there is no evidence of them doing it. not by their champ, their, role, or their runes.
and u know his reason why he did not want to play support? "I AM TO LAZY TO CHANGE MY RUNES SORRY!"
i think with his excuse he kinda gave away his plan that he was indeed BS'ing you. and you still let him get to you.

once post game reports become more reliable then maybe pregame reports can be a thing but right now post game reports are so unreliable it is almost not worth reporting players.
