New Teemo Stealth buff and current Stealth Buff

Howdy Folks,

So, in reading the new patch update for Teemo in 5.15, I couldn't help but wonder how come Twitch's restealth is so BAD in comparison.

As it stands Teemo-time-to-stealth is 1.5 seconds, but moving into bushes drops the timer to 0.75 seconds.

On the other hand, Twitch's time-to-stealth is 1.5 seconds or a death-ensuring 6 seconds if he takes damage during that.

So in a hypothetical, if Teemo was being chased in the jungle, takes damage then enters into a bush and less than a second passes can effectively escape. While Twitch on the other hand, takes the damage and then remains visible for 6 seconds, while trying to escape?

So why the gap in comparison? Wouldn't it make the playing field more even if they both had a comparable time to stealth, and change to escape?
