nerf jayce he has too much damage. buff ap assassins. why would only ad get love. show love for ap riot.

not only jayce but rengar khazix talon zed etc nothing is better than rengo getting ur whole hp bar in 0.17 sec :D when u have 2k+ hp
jayce is just too tanky, for being a fighter.
